I bought this for a radio telescope project. Use this tape to glue a few conductive pieces together to form a horn. So I tested the tape with two separate pieces (not touching each other) and use multimeter to test the conductivity between these two separate pieces. The result is very good, every where among two pieces are conductive.I really have no idea what this stuff is actually intended for but I bought it to create geometrical silver foil wall art on stockpaper. It works perfect for this use as it literally looks like little strips of metal. The tape adheres well to stockpaper but has a little leeway for minor adjustments prior to forming a permanent sticky seal. It's a really pretty, high quality metallic silver tape that pops out on white paper. I would definitely buy it again.Used it on my Mercedees to correct a chronic loss of contact causing brake lights to be inoperative. The fix using this conductive adhesive / aluminum foil tape has worked and the brake lights are working consistently for about a month now. So far so good! This fix saved me about $200, give or take.I work with extremely fine wiring (the width of a hair) and had to have something that would allow me to connect wires without soldering. This works fine. The adhesive itself is indeed conductive. Just wrap two wound wires in it and it not only firmly holds them in place but helps conduct the current as well.Note that since this IS conductive on both sides, if you need to have the join insulated you'll need to use regular electrical tape or other insulating medium. It is a very good product, but don't get creative here. Buy it if you are sure it will fit your application. It is good for fixing conductivity problems in slot car tracks for instance. Anything circuit related should work. Don't use it over threads (like pipe threads), it won't stick, not even applying pressure.Great products! Aluminium foil works great. Shielded our handmade custom audio cables. After this we hope can increases sales rate of our product while also increasing villagers income and improve their quality of life. Thank youPerfect and as described.Works as advertised! I would caution anyone buying this though to really make sure you consider what size tape this is. This was a lot smaller than I thought it would be--the picture kind of makes it look duct tape-sized, and it's much closer to scotch tape-sized. The entire roll is maybe 1.5 to 2 inches across, diameter-wise.
