Works just fine. Stays on very well, even when wet. I didn't notice any difference between this "capzacin and menthol infused" tape at 18.95 per roll and the tape that offers 5 rolls for pretty much the same price. The fabric is excellent, but in my opinion, quite overpriced.This is a terrific product! I'm in my mid-thirties, a bit overweight, love to run, and get flare-ups of Achilles tendonitis. I wore Blacktop plus tape during my recent marathon and during the training leading up to it. The tape provided great support during the runs, and I had way less discomfort after the runs than in runs where I didn't wear it. I tried KT tape, but it wouldn't stay in place and bunched or rolled in my shoe. (Disclosure: I prefer the pattern suggested by KT tape for Achilles pain over the pattern suggested by Blacktop plus, so I use the KT tape pattern but the Blacktop plus tape.)
