Had really high hopes for this product. Love the bright red color, and the thinner, more pliant, less-duct-tape-rigidity. Unfortunately, the Red Packing Tape’s adhesive is not of “heavy-duty” quality. This Tape, when applied to a typical moving box, (prevalent brands, e.g., UHaul; Lowe’s Heavy Duty; Penske; etc.,), appears to initially adhere to all surfaces to which applied, but, within half an hour, begins to peel away and curl back on itself. Have, aggravatingly, been continually forced to cover-over this tape with other brands of packing tape to ensure contents within boxes do not fall straight through to the floor when box is hoisted up.NOTE to Manufacturer: Please redesign glue/adhesive to ensure proper categorization of this “packing” tape within “heavy-duty” space. As currently sold, this product is only appropriate for non-heavy-duty applications, e.g., taping notebook paper together to create larger poster-like pages.
