First of all, I love! The customer support is 100/10, wonderful sweet woman to talk to and so beyond helpful! The extensions came earlier than expected, installation was so easy and they’re great. I highly recommend using ur fingers as heat when applying instead of using any hot tools as I see people use. The tapes are able to be cut in any way incase you need to fit extensions in a smaller space. Before you question the color of anything after receiving them, make sure you separate them out as the color looks different when they’re all bundled up versus when they’re actually placed.The only issue I’ve had by any means is after washing the hair, the ends get really frizzy but I’ve been putting product in it to prevent that. The hair is wonderful and I am totally obsessed!Make sure you look at everything in sunlight / correct lighting as the color changes (like normal hair) in lighting. They’re so soft and cute! Totally will buy again. I did full head & it took 2 packs (I do have a tiny head so I may not be accurate for all people) but I loveee!I have used hair extensions for over 15 years and have tried pretty much every style, type, and brand available. I feel so lucky to have discovered YoungSee’s extensions, as they are of the best quality, best value, and have such a wide variety of colors and types. I have been using their products for about the last 5 years and I will always continue to be a loyal life-long customer. If you are thinking of possibly trying out extensions, I would 100% recommend buying their products. My hair stylist who puts in my extensions said they are actually far better quality than ones he sees priced in the $1000 or more range. The colors you see online are also an exact match to when you receive your order. I would give them 10 stars if that were an option.I had a problem with the tape not sticking. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful.The package the quality of the hair its definitely a MUST HAVEThe hair is very soft and it held well. The only thing that I was a bit unhappy for was that the color was sa bit brighter than I had wanted, but I know there is a disclaimer about the hair color possibly being slightly different compared to what is seen.They are amazing for the money! They're not as thick as I thought they would be, 4 or 5 packs would definitely do a whole head if you've got really thick hair! If you order purple, they're not true to the picture, they're more fuchsia but they take dye easily so it wasn't an issue for me! They are soft and easy to apply them at home!I ordered purple. From the photo, it's pretty obvious these were not purple. I tired them out anyway since for the time being my hair was died black and they would go alright with it as I was just wanting something different at the lower layers of my hair. The extensions lasted about 2 weeks before they got super frizzy, tons of breakage daily just from using a pick and looped brush. They were never blow dried. Had to take them out because they were causing my own hair to break when tangled badly in them. Not impressed.The hair was incredibly soft and very natural looking. While I had it on it didn't tangled like other tend to do. HOWEVER, the reason I bought it was because the description said the color was burgandy and the images on the product are very misleading. At the end it was more like a fusia or dark pink than burgandy.I’ve purchased a bunch of different bags of this hair in different colours. All of them except 1 showed up exactly as expected and great quality. I’ll be honest and say I’m very picky too.When I did come across a problem, I contacted the company and they were quick to respond, and solved the problem right away. Awesome customer service and great hair!The #60 is not platinum. The ones on the left are one of the usual brands I use. Ive used roughly 6 different companies and this is the #60 I usually recieve. The right are the youngsee brand. It has a considerable amount of yellow and orange through it. The hair looks to be great, but without trying them due to the fact that it's no where close to the color of either my natural hair or the extensions I was adding them to, I'm unable to comment on the quality of the tape or hair once washed.First time using tape in extensions and I am 100% sold! I will never use any other kind of extension again. I had to cut my hair short do to a bleaching accident and hated it. Tried the glue in, sown in, clip in ones and did not like it. These are super easy to install and look and feel amazing! If you ate doing a full head then you will need 2 boxes.Very thick tape ins. I’m a stylist and these are better than some of the ones we sell. Will absolutely reorder !
